Return and Refund Policy

The returns and refund policies are made to make sure the people connected with us are experiencing smooth services. These policies are accountable under the following conditions.

  • In case of any defect or damage in the product from our side, or mistakenly you have received the wrong product, you can easily contact us. The product will proceed for a refund depending on the condition of the product.
  • Some products cannot be returned if it is no longer required.
  • The discount vouchers are for one-time use only. The amount left in the total amount after applying the discount voucher will not be refunded or not added in the wallet for the future purchase, either the amount is smaller than the value of the voucher.

Condition to Proceed Return Policy

  • The product should be untouched and in a good condition. Only fashion products can be tried to make sure the size is right and fits well. It will be considered unworn.
  • The product can only be return within 24 hours. After 24 hours the product will not be eligible for returns. The customers are requested to inform on the helpline to return the package.
  • Before returning the product, make sure it has the original tags, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and freebies.
  • The product should be in the original and undamaged condition having the manufacturing box. If the product is received in the packaging of Battva, it should be returned with the same packaging with the return label attached to it. The manufacturing box must not have stickers or tape.

Important note: To have a hassle-free return procedure and delays, make sure there is a print out of return label pasted on the parcel. If the product is not in the original condition, we have the right not to proceed with your return request.
